Still think he's a maverick, ya fucking idiots?

This past weekend, John McCain took a more conservative position on abortion. What a fucking surprise.
"I do not support Roe versus Wade. It should be overturned."

I think we have had enough of pols that sell their souls in order to have power. McCain has this dark side of naked ambition and has plenty of anger to run over people that get in his way.

His organization sent me a survey a while back (don't ask me how I got on this list) asking me to prioritize my concerns. Guess what? The Iragi War was not listed. Instead the War on Terror was. At that very moment, oh best beloved, the door of any consideration toward McCain, for any office, closed with a thunderous and jarring clang.

McCain's all done. That photo alone should be enough, but he's tightening the noose himself. He and Joe Biden should go to a Florida retirement community and wear white pants together.

Did he then french kiss the religious right?

Dad: He's just awful, and always has been. BTW, if you've never seen SNL's TV Funhouse make fun of McCain, you really should. It's pretty cringily spot-on.

Larry: I would be more than willing to give up Biden if it would mean McCain would go away.

Megan: Yes, but the Religious Right is just using him. They'll sleep with him, but they'll never marry him.

Michael: Are you suggesting that I am late to the hating-on-McCain party? Google begs to differ, mon ami. In fact, I've never said anything nice about him:

The picture is great! He has both arms around *and* his eyes closed. According to the wisdom of my second child, "It isn't a real hug if you only use one arm.".... this one is *real* folks!

McCain I used to think was okay. Two years ago if you would have asked me who the Republicans had I would have said McCain was strongest. Now... He wants to be president soooo bad. The desperation is so unatractive. He's over.

But remember - He's NOT flip-flopping!

Anon Blogger: And that picture was taken AFTER the South Carolina 2000 primary when Rove papered the state with fliers saying McCain had a black child. We should all be as forgiving as mister kissass McCain there.

Dave: If you ever thought McCain was okay, it was because that's what his people wanted you to think. He's been marketing himself as Mr. I-Think-Differently for so long now, nobody seems to notice that he's as entrenched and as compromised as they come.

Chris: Well, one thing is for certain, and that is that no one in the MSM will call it that. They save that appellation for Democrats.

That hug is actually embarassing. It looks like he's clinging to a buoy (that tried to drown him six years ago) and begging to be let back into the flock. *puke*

Dear dear, was I napping on that one. I knew better, I just chose to ignore it. :)

uh oh, I just saw that Tim Hardaway is seriously troubled by the intimacy shown here and has ratched up his dislike for McStain to 'loathe' from 'major annoyance'
