With a blank incredulous look on his face, and after the crowed stopped their cheering, Dan Quayle replied, "that was really uncalled for Senator." For a moment I thought he was going to say, "I am going to tell my mommy"..I watched that debate and remember that exchange..
Yeah, I remember it too. I remember thinking "Oh, it was SO called for."
