I'm the only guy I know unimpressed by Jessica Simpson.
There are lots of guys (including myself) who find her (and other Barbie types)unappealing. Although I'd have to say that the queen of over-tanned, fake-boobed, hotdog-lipped, plucked/drawn in eyebrowed, bag of nastiness has to be Pamela Anderson. I can't fathom that men find her attractive.

Spooney, you remember Chris's girlfriend? The one whose hair and skin were the same vaguely peachy color? She freaked me the fuck out. It just shouldn't be.
There are plenty of barbie types I find appealing. Although Ms. Simpson, Ms. Banks nor Ms. Anderson are not among them. Although Ms. Anderson is quite the Peta friend, so that's cool.
