You Know They Got a Hell of a Band
Starring Kim Delaney, Steven Weber. Teleplay by Mike Robe, based on the short story by Stephen King, directed by Mike Robe.
A wrong turn on a lonely road turns frightening for Clark and Mary Willingham (Weber and Delaney) as they stumble upon a town not on any map - Rock and Roll Heaven, Oregon. There is a free concert (classic rock) every night, but the price of admission is high - once the audience enters, it can never leave.
Okay, I got to admit that I thought Stephen King had lost his ability to scare me...until now.

The plot also sounds similar to another show starring Kim Delaney - when she played Jenny Gardner on All My Kids and she went into the lake, on a jetski, and never came out... well, until later when she reappeared, but that wasn't really her, just someone pretending to be her to hook up with her mourning husband. Okay, maybe the plot is a little different.
You just wanted to talk about Kim Delaney.
Who looks puffy and old, BTW. I think it's the alkeeehol.
But she reached out to that widow who gave Bobby her brain-dead husband's heart, only to have Bobby die later while hallucinating about their dead son-- Sorry. NYPD Blue flashback. Always happens when Kim Delaney is mentioned. To this day I still think Jimmy Smits is dead.
She just gets drunk and hits her head on the steering wheel, not like she blames jews for the war or anything.
